After visiting the art museum a couple of years ago, I was driving along MLK through these beautiful gardens and there were all sorts of tents being taken down at the end of the day. Apparently it had been some sort of an ethnic festival. I've been trying to find out the name of the festival and determine whether or not it's an annual one. If anyone knows what this event could have been, I would love to know.
