I went in the mornings. Fishermen were fishing along the dam. The old iron trestle bridge was pricelss and there was an old rusty water tower in the backdrops. Tranquil place to visitFull review by Steve K
Hi I am traveling south on the waterway and staying the night at midway marina. My boat draws at best maybe 2.5 feet. I will be trying to get through the lock tomorrow. I am about 37 miles from the lock. Will i be a to pass through the sand bar. what is the distance across the sand bar?

I think the Aberdeen Lock through is still closed because the water is so shallow due to the sandbar. You might want to call them before you head this way.
