Yes you can. You are able to bring a cooler and drinks. I recommend it as well as bringing food and snacks. There is a snack bar that serves hamburgers but they are not to good. Check the website for Ship Island to see any restrictions on cooler size. They also have chairs and umbrella's for a fee.
