The mayoral contest in Democrat-run Cincinnati has come down to two candidates for November following Tuesday’s primary voting. On November 4, incumbent Aftab Pureval will oppose Cory Bowman, who is the half-brother of Vice President JD Vance.

Democratic Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval will face Cory Bowman in the November general election. Bowman is the half brother of Vice President VD Vance.

Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval and Republican challenger Cory Bowman will advance past the May 6 primary to the fall election. Unofficial results with all precincts in showed Pureval with 82.5% of the vote.
