UK Foreign Minister David Lammy went fishing with US Vice President JD Vance at a private lake in England. He did not have the required fishing license and could face a fine. Lammy quickly fixed the mistake by buying the license and informing the Environment Agency.

David Lammy was photographed fishing alongside the US vice-president during the second family’s stay at Chevening House this weekend. The Telegraph understands Mr Lammy did not possess a rod licence – which is a requirement in England and Wales – meaning he could be fined up to £2,500 by the Environment Agency.
