Bloodlines has finally revealed a new trick to cheat death but despite that, no character could use it to survive.

This was the central conceit of “Final Destination,” a 2000 horror movie, released just past the slasher movie renaissance that began with “Scream” in 1995, that went on to have a uniquely satisfying run all its own.

LOS ANGELES, May 16 (UPI) -- Final Destination: Bloodlines, in theaters Friday, taxed its cast with its elaborate chain reaction scenes. Whether their characters live or die, the stars were all involved with specific sequences of events that required minute details to connect perfectly.
