Elon Musk and xAI have developed a new artificial intelligence system that can create classic video games in less than 3 minutes.

The four models that make up the Grok 3 family were trained on a considerable amount of synthetic data and are designed to self-correct by analysing inconsistencies.

According to xAI’s blog, Grok 3 leverages Test-Time Compute at Scale (TTCS), a specific implementation of test-time scaling, to power its reasoning. This machine learning strategy enables the A.I. model to dynamically adjust computational resources, ensuring higher accuracy for complex queries while maintaining speed for simpler tasks.

Grok 3 is "scary smart," according to Elon Musk, and is "an order of magnitude more powerful than Grok 2."
