Former Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday said President Donald Trump ’s tariffs are “clearly inviting a recession” as she tore into his “reckless” trade policy from his first 100 days in office.

The organization recruits and trains Democratic women to run for office. Harris, whose remarks came just one day after Trump marked his 100th day in office, said the new administration is trying to sow fear in Americans.

In her first prominent speaking engagement since losing the election, Harris ripped the Trump administration over tariffs and other policy decisions.
