Route 422 was closed in Montgomery Country Thursday due to a brush fire. It has since reopened. The man last known to be seen with a University of Pittsburgh student before she vanished from a beach in the Dominican Republic gave more details to local prosecutors about the last time he saw her, Dominican news station Noticias SIN reported.

Part of the fire might be burning in Valley Forge National Historical Park, authorities said. The blaze was reported shortly before 5 p.m. between Route 422 and the Schuylkill.

A brush fire in Lower Providence, Montgomery County caused the closure of Route 422 Eastbound for around three hours Thursday evening. It caused massive delays for people commuting home.
