Here’s everything pro wrestling fans should know about WWE’s latest Premium Live Event, the historic SummerSlam 2025.

Another WWE PPV is set to take place this weekend, as SummerSlam is finally here. This year’s event will be in New Jersey, as WWE’s biggest stars will take the stage for the first ever two-night SummerSlam event at MetLife Stadium, home of the New York Giants and Jets.

This history-making edition of Monday Night Raw marked the first time the red brand streamed live on Netflix. WWE: Unreal Episode One gave fans a look at the chaos behind the scenes and the last-minute twists that defined the night, including the explosive return of CM Punk and his shocking confrontation with Seth Rollins.

One notable element that came out of the episode was The Rock and Brian Gewirtz—The Rock's business partner—had a pitch for Kevin Owens to win the undisputed WWE championship from Rhodes at Elimination Chamber in an impromptu match set up by the Final Boss.
