The 2024 NFL trade deadline came and went Tuesday, but not without some more big-name activity. The Dallas Cowboys took a surprise swing at wide receiver help. The Detroit Lions bolstered their defensive front for a potential title bid.

The Ravens have allowed the most passing yards per game (280.9) in the league and ranks in the bottom 10 in points allowed (24.3) through nine weeks. Marlon Humphrey, Arthur Maulet and Jalyn Armour-Davis, first-round pick Nate Wiggins and fourth-round pick T.J. Tampa have all missed time during the season with various injuries.

Another notable wide receiver was traded to an AFC contender Tuesday, exactly one week before the Nov. 5 trade deadline. Wide receiver Diontae Johnson is returning to the AFC North after being traded by the Carolina Panthers to the Baltimore Ravens.
