Nikita Hand is set to sue Conor McGregor again, as well as her former neighbours. The former UFC fighter was found liable for the assault of Ms Hand, who said that McGregor raped her in a Dublin hotel suite in 2018.

While McGregor was not in court on Thursday, Hand was present and expressed her gratitude for the courts decision to dismiss the appeal. It was also revealed that Hand’s legal team have began proceedings to seek damages from McGregor, O’Reilly, and Cummins.

Conor McGregor has lost his appeal in a civil case in which Dublin woman Nikita Hand accused him of rape. The MMA fighter lost his appeal on all five grounds that the case was taken. The court gave its decision on Thursday over the UFC fighter’s appeal against a High Court finding that he assaulted Ms Hand.
