Costco is planning to open a stand-alone gas station. The station will be located in Mission Viejo, Calif., in an area formerly occupied by Bed, Bath & Beyond. The station is expected to open next spring.

The members-only warehouse club is set to open its first standalone gas station in Mission Viejo, California, according to reporting by the Orange County Register. The 40-pump station, expected to open by spring 2026, will be the retailer's largest gas station and sell Costco's in-house brand of Kirkland Signature Gasoline.
