Duke standout freshman Cooper Flagg had 24 points and 11 rebounds as the fourth-ranked Blue Devils, playing without ill coach Jon Scheyer, extended their winning streak to eight games with an 89-62 victory at Atlantic Coast Conference newcomer SMU on Saturday.

Cooper Flagg led the way with 24 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks while shooting 7/12 from the field and 2/2 from the three-point range. Many people reacted to his performance on social media.

Tyrese Proctor and Kon Knueppel each had 14 points for the Blue Devils, which had a 42-24 advantage in points in the paint.
