The Miami Dolphins and quarterback Quinn Ewers have agreed to a four-year rookie deal, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported Thursday. The news means Ewers will be under contract when Dolphins rookie minicamp takes place from Friday to Sunday this weekend.
