A traffic stop led to the owner's arrest. But when the officer returned to the car, he made a jarring discovery.

"As fun as it is seeing a raccoon holding a meth pipe, it is very sad to see someone in that condition with that addiction," Officer Austin Branham said.

The animal, named "Chewy," had a glass methamphetamine pipe in its mouth and was sitting in the driver's seat of a car that the officer had pulled over, police said.
