LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A funeral service for Greg Sharpe, the longtime broadcaster known as the “Voice of the Huskers,” will be held Friday afternoon. Sharpe passed away on Feb. 14, less than a year after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Greg Sharpe, the voice of Husker Nation, died Friday at 61 years old.
Sharpe is survived by his wife, Amy, and three daughters, Emily, Campbell and Taylor.
