Recalls on a brand of broccoli and chocolate from December were recently upgraded to Class I, the highest risk level issued by the agency.

Now, that same product is at an even greater risk of causing harm. Roughly 5,900 bags of broccoli across 20 states are impacted by the updated status of the recall, according to the FDA. Such states include Washington, Arkansas, California, Colorado and Wyoming, to name a few.
