The shooting happened in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood on Dec. 28. According to the Seattle Police Department, on the day of the shooting, a Maserati SUV was driving slowly, then a silver Jeep tried to block its path. Police say the driver of the Jeep then got out and fired shots at the SUV.
