The University of South Carolina on Sunday apologized for its arena DJ playing a song by the late father of a Louisiana State University player, moments after a big women's basketball victory by the Gamecocks over the Tigers.

After a recent women's basketball game between the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Louisiana State University Tigers, South Carolina's DJ played an instrumental song from the deceased father of LSU’s Flau’Jae Johnson and later apologized that it occurred.
