Wake Forest University has paid a combined $2.7 million to purchase two properties on the Whitaker Park industrial campus that features a former R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. laboratory.
Instead of playing in the cavernous First Horizon Coliseum, the Spartans men's basketball team returned to the on-campus confines of Fleming Gym to face ETSU.
