SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Members of the Massachusetts Mayors’ Association have sent a letter to the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) regarding the sudden increase in utility bills.

After years of delay, U.S. residents will need a Real ID by May 7, 2025. A Real ID is an “enhanced version” of a driver’s license of state ID card that meets federal standards, according to Mass.gov.
