In a lengthy item on the team's website that few will read and even fewer will understand (hand raised), the Browns unveiled their proposed for funding a new domed stadium in Brook Park.

The FOX 8 I-Team did some digging to cut through confusion over plans for the Browns to build a dome in Brook Park.

The plan from the Browns' owners includes a $1.2 billion contribution from the public, which private funders would match.

While the Haslams will contribute $1.2 billion, $600 million would come from the state of Ohio, $422 million from Brook Park, and $178 million from Cuyahoga County.
