Browns unveil financing plan for $2.4B dome stadium in Brook Park
BEREA, Ohio – Browns ownership on Thursday presented its most detailed vision yet for funding a $2.4 billion dome stadium in Brook Park, relying in part taxing stadium users — while insisting it won’t draw from existing city, county or state tax revenues.
