A woman has been charged with arson in Wednesday's Freddy Fire, which broke out along PCH near the Ventura County line amid gusting Santa Ana winds.
According to Daisy Mountain Fire Department, a 200-acre brush fire started Wednesday morning, but it was not a threat to any structures.
