An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict for first-degree murder in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife with poison.

James Craig displayed hardly any emotion on Wednesday afternoon as the jury delivered a unanimous verdict — guilty of murdering Angela Craig, his wife of 23 years.

The jury has found James Craig guilty of murder and other charges in the killing his wife in 2023 by poisoning her protein shakes.
