Seven people are still "unaccounted for" in Yolo County's town of Esparto after several explosions at a fireworks warehouse resulted in a fire, officials said.

H uman remains have been found at the warehouse filled with fireworks that exploded in Northern California this week, officials said. The number of fatalities was not released and no positive identifications have been made, Yolo County officials said. Seven people were considered missing on Wednesday.

The Yolo County coroner on Friday confirmed the presence of human remains at the rural site of a fireworks fire and explosion near Sacramento.
