The city of Laurel is preparing for dozens of guest and their crafts at the annual ‘Mississippi Made’ festival.

Two of Mississippi’s HBCUs and a promotional group have led recent efforts to keep the state’s musical heritage atop the charts nationally.

Festival season is upon us with two big ones this weekend in South Baldwin County. Weather may come into play this weekend but it won’t dampen the fun.
