AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its mid-season outlook on the Atlantic hurricane season Thursday morning. The previous outlook released in May called for an above normal season and the latest outlook doesn’t show much change.
