Quarterback Blake Horvath ran for 155 yards and two touchdowns and Navy stopped Oklahoma's two-point conversion in the final seconds to pull out a 21-20 win in the Armed Forces

Navy didn’t let a double-digit deficit deter it on Friday against Oklahoma. Blake Horvath led the vaunted Middies rushing attack back and they surprised the Sooners, 21-20, in the Armed Forces Bowl. Navy fell behind Oklahoma 14-0 in the first quarter. The Middies’ defense stiffened and the offense came back with a TD run in the second quarter.

But Navy had Blake Horvath. Navy’s signal caller had been out of action since injuring his rib in mid-November during a loss to Tulane. However, he was back in the starting lineup for the Midshipmen, and was instrumental in Navy’s 31-13 win over Army.
