Reason for this is because the revenue model sucks: People want free viewing, but they don't want to watch ads, which begs the question, "How do you want the video delivery company to at least break even, let alone make money?"

I've got a single YouTube Premium account so that I can watch ad-free YouTube on my TV, I rarely use the YT Music app as I also have Spotify Family but I'm thinking of ditching that for various reasons, and moving everybody over to a YT Family plan. My main concerns are - podcasts not being integrated in the YT app.

It's not racist to say that 15 of the 30 are about minor American events etc. Tbh American documentaries rarely hit the levels of European and Australian film making, probably because there is an advert every 10sec and you have to repeat the story, plus you get 2 people saying exactly the same thing with just slightly different words.
