Just wanted to drop a quick note to anyone who uses Ozempic and is a THC user. Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) is real and very much kicking my ass. May 11, 2023 · Ozempic slows stomach emptying - so your food is in there longer, hanging out in some pretty strong stomach acid. Don't eat late at night, and don't lie down right after you eat. A walk after a big meal will help. And what helps, even more, is avoiding big meals. Good luck, I hope you figure it out.
